Get ready to dance BEYOND YOUR LIMITS and into a space of radical authenticity, playfulness, and conscious community. Join us every other Thursday evening for a fun and intentional dance class activated by vocal toning, positive affirmations, free form expressive movement and a closing sound bath. No experience needed, come as you are and dance how you feel. All of you is welcome here.

Some guidelines for creating a safe container:

❤ There are no right or wrong ways to move- this is about embodiment and allowing our bodies to be inspired by the music

Marisa Skolky is a dedicated Integrative Healing Arts Practitioner and Medicine Woman, weaving Internal Family Systems, Expressive Arts Therapy, Hypnotherapy, and Reiki together to create multidimensional transformation plans for her clients. With her profound experience and unique approach, she has been helping individuals tap into their creative potential as a path to healing and self-discovery for over a decade. Marisa is passionate about guiding individuals to explore their emotions, challenges, and aspirations through the transformative power of art and body focused therapy.
