CAPTAINS OF LEADERSHIP:

COL is a program designed for tweens to elevate there leadership skills, practice mentoring younger students, develop stronger sense of awareness & responsibility while assisting teachers in the studio. Captains also direct movement games, lead by example and help monitor children using all safety rules both at the studio and during times of transition for breaks and park exploration.
